1. Services

Fonseca Martial Arts provides martial arts instruction, classes, events and related services at our dojo locations. By registering for or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Memberships & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time in writing to info@fonsecamartialarts.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Memberships may be paused (placed on hold) for up to 3 months per year for a $25/month hold fee, credited back upon return; up to 6 months for medical reasons.

3. Assumption of Risk

Martial arts training involves physical activity and contact. Participants (or their parents/guardians) acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of training and agree to follow instructor directions and dojo rules.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful conduct.

5. Changes to These Terms

Fonseca Martial Arts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

SMS / Text Message Terms

Fonseca Martial Arts offers text message updates about class schedules, closures, events and account reminders. You can opt in at fonsecamartialarts.com/sms. Opting in is optional and is not required to register or purchase any service.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
