1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fonseca Martial Arts website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Membership & Registration

All students must complete a registration form and sign a liability waiver before participating in any classes or programs. Membership fees are due on the date specified at enrollment and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Fonseca Martial Arts reserves the right to modify membership rates with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in martial arts activities involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants (or their legal guardians for minors) must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability before participating in any activity. Fonseca Martial Arts, its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during training, classes, events, or on the premises.

4. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to adhere to the principles of the Dojo Kun, demonstrating respect, discipline, and sportsmanship at all times. Fonseca Martial Arts reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any student who engages in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous to themselves or others.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Registration fees, event fees, and camp fees are non-refundable. Birthday party deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date at the discretion of management.

By enrolling, you grant Fonseca Martial Arts permission to use photographs and video recordings of participants for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes unless you have opted out in writing during registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and multimedia — is the property of Fonseca Martial Arts and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Fonseca Martial Arts collects personal information solely for the purpose of managing memberships, communicating with students and families, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

9. Modifications

Fonseca Martial Arts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
