Judo

Judo is a Japanese grappling martial art that was inducted into the Olympics in 1964. The sport focuses on throws, pins, and submissions. One of judo's maxims is maximum efficiency with minimum effort. Using this principle, practitioners can defeat much larger opponents by using their opponent's size and momentum against them. In class we focus on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance, while instilling discipline and confidence in our students.

FMA Judo is run by Sensei Max Schneider. Sensei Max is a very highly decorated judoka who has worked with kids and adults of all ages to help craft their style.
