Karate After School Programs
After School programs channel after school energy into a positive, productive afternoon of supervised homework, fun activities and quality martial arts training. Our program provides for a safe space for your child from the time they get out of school until you get off work. A great alternative to day care!

How do kids benefit from karate? Classes are a fun, positive way to increase stamina and build discipline and focus. Classes emphasize self-defense, goal setting and basic karate techniques. Karate also works to build character: it develops concentration and listening skills, learning respect for others and improving self-esteem. Students leave with practical, confidence-boosting skills.
Fonseca Martial Arts also offers an After School Karate Transportation Program at the Evanston Dojo. Students are brought directly from their respective Evanston schools to our dojo at 823 1/2 Chicago Ave in Evanston.
