About Lauren Fonseca...
Growing up a dancer it was a natural progression that lead Lauren to Pilates. After receiving her certification through the Physical Mind Institute in New York City, Lauren began teaching Pilates in Chicago as well as several studios in the north shore area. Five years later she moved to NYC where she continued to teach and hone her craft for another four years at two of the most reputable studios in Manhattan. Lauren has now returned to her hometown and is excited to be teaching Pilates in Evanston! As an instructor she strives to help her clients build strength and body awareness that makes them feel energized and agile in their daily lives. Lauren enjoys teaching the fundamentals to beginners, challenging experienced students to reach new levels, or working with people suffering from various aches and pains.
