Little Dragons (4-6)

The Little Dragons program enhances positive development in a fun and motivating environment. Your child will build balance, coordination, self-control and listening skills, while learning age-appropriate karate basics such as blocking, kicking and simple strikes. These skills are developed through the Sensei's positive and encouraging instruction.

Little Dragons I, which meets at 10:00am on Sat., is for beginning students (white belts and yellow stripes). Little Dragons II meets at 10:35am on Sat. and is for continuing students (orange stripes and higher).

Little Dragons classes on Saturdays 


10:00-10:30 am Beginner (White and yellow stripes)

10:35-11:05 am Continuers (Orange stripe and higher)

All ages karate (7+)

In this class, students learn the blocks, strikes and techniques necessary to advance through the ranks of the traditional Japanese art of karate. Taught by the Fonseca Martial Arts staff, students are challenged towards their personal best and are provided with the opportunity and experience to foster a strong belief in themselves. In addition to developing self-confidence, physical fitness, focus, self-defense and safety skills, this class introduces students to traditional Japanese language and culture, while building respect for themselves and others.

Youth/Adult Karate classes on Saturdays  


11:15 - 12:00 pm White-Yellow Belts (ages 7 & up)

12:00 - 1:00 pm Orange Belts and Higher (ages 7 & up)
