Training in martial arts since the age of 8 years old, Chris also holds a black belt in Shidokan karate. Chris has competed extensively both nationally and in Europe. Chris has tremendous training and teaching experience and has worked with some of the best fighters in the world, including Rashad Evans, Brian Gassaway and Shoney Carter of the UFC.
