June 21 & 22 is the Custer's Last Stand Festival in Evanston on Chicago Ave so the street will be closed to cars. Please arrive early to find parking for classes and Sunday's dojo tournament.

Exciting News!!!
Sensei's John Fonseca and Brian Ramrup each won individual and team bronze medals at the 2008 Pan American Karate Championships in Caracas, Venezuela. The FMA instructors represented the U.S., as they competed against athletes from over 22 countries this past weekend.
Evanston Dojo
Muay Thai Classes will begin June 3rd at 7:15-8:15 pm on Tuesday/ Thursday evenings.
Martial Arts Circuit Training will begin July 7th at 12-4 pm on Tuesday and Thursdays.
(This is an open workout that people can join in at anytime. Students use various martial arts training equipment to do round-work with a ring timer. Our staff provides instruction on safety and technique as students train at their own pace.)
